How can I transfer my sims 4 from my old laptop to my new one? I don't have access to the email I used to use but I have the disc code. What can I do?

@ratatouille234  Can you still sign into your Origin account?  If so, you can do so on your new computer and download Sims 4 from your game library.

If you can't access your Origin account, you'll need to contact EA customer support to try to regain access.  Even if you can get into your account, it's still a good idea to ask support for help switching the associated email.
