Sims 4 quitting unexpectedly???

So I have this one lot/family which I downloaded the lot off tsr it the Delsworld temple (red) and my family wears only cc. Whenever I play on that lot it quits and if I travel one of the sims from that household anywhere else it quits. However I have this other lot/family I downloaded a castle from tsr and they only wear cc and it works fine and doesn’t quit! Help pleaseeee!!!

There's a problem with the CC if it crashes your game. You should let the creator know.
