Sims 4 paranormal stuff pack - haunted lot type not showing up

Could this be what is causing the paranormal traits to not show up in the rewards store? I also have those two files you listed and the XML injector file. Could that be the problem?

I am having the same issue, and all I have installed for mods is Command Center and UI Cheats, and a lot of cc.  Really would love to play this new pack but not finding a solution.  Any input would be great, never had or used any of the mods people are bringin up on here so im at a loss.

had the same problem. went through and deleted ksuihuh_venue list.package (didn't worry about basemental venue bc i had removed the mod completely recently). when that didn't work, i just searched the word venue in my mods folder and deleted any venue packages (ended up removing zerbu- venues.package and zerbu- changes to existing venues.package). dont actually remember what those were for exactly lol but the stuff pack is working now so

@GoldenRosier thank you just removing Ksuihuh_Venue List.package fixed it. I don't even know what mod that is lmao
