Thank you for this! I took out my whole folder of Little Miss Sam mods and it’s working! They were the only ones affecting mine, and I have a LOT of custom content and mods.

Just ran through all my installed Mods & CC.  LittleMsSam_MoreBuyableVenues is definitely a problem Mod, after removing it the Lot Type of Haunted House Residential is now an option on the dropdown.  BaseMental-Alcohol and BaseMental-Drugs are working fine.

Same except I only have residential or tiny living. No other lot type shows including venues. I have all packs - All. I ran repair and update (3 times).

I have same problem but worst... I only show in most lots options for residential or tiny living. No lot venues are available, either. .I have all packs  Ran repair and and update ( 3 time). Updated broken mods from mod list. I am about do the 50 mod testing procedure and I am mostly item and build mods - but lots and lots.... sigh. This really makes my day.
