@twocantoucan You can still use Basemental Drugs, dw! Just make sure you’ve got the most recent version and you take the custom venue stuff out. (I know that Gangs definitely isn’t working but I haven’t tested Alcohol or any of the Optional Files so I’d avoid those)

i just took basemental out of my game and i now have the trait i still have all my other mods in my game

I reinstalled the Little Miss Sam mods after removing all the mods I thought were causing the problem and the lot trait was still accessible.

I also have it working after basemental gangs is removed, had to do a few things first but considering its the only mod I have with lot types I had a sneaky suspicion it was the cause, luckily I can keep drugs too so I can live with that and I finally swapped out for wonderful whims I love the realism of most of it but the animations to me isn't needed (NO judgement however ofc it's however everyone enjoys the game)

Getting rid of the "Basemental-VenueList.package" fixed it for me.
