Hi @57003697 - The Sims 4 game and packs are tied to your account and platform, so depending on what you're specifically trying to do, they might be available. For instance, if you bought packs on a PC and then want to play on another PC, as long as you log in to the same account you should have everything available to you. There's a bit more involved if you go from one console to another, but it's possible to do that. But - you can't transfer games or packs from console to PC or vice versa.
So I guess the first question is - what are you trying to do? Where did you purchase the game & packs, and where are you trying to play them now? We might be able to help.
