My child sim can't seem to go trick or treating herself only unplaued sims seem to. Is there a way for her to actually go get candy trick or treating or is it ai only. Shes dressed as yoda with no candy!

For the child to go trick or treating you need to:

1) click the sim and choose the option to change into a costume

2) click on a lot in the neighbourhood and choose 'trick or treat'

tried this but it still doest give the option, only says to visit the lot
