I have never experienced such lousy customer service. I need a refund on an expansion pack I cannot unfortunately play. I think it would be a better approach to let people ahead of time before purchasing. You people make it seem like so it’s so easy to get in touch with you. I need a refund !

I'm sorry to hear that, could you let me know what happened when you contact our support team so that I can have a look?

@Coley666 Is correct in saying that you'll have to contact our support team via Help EA. Unfortunately you won't be able to request a refund through the normal refund page for DLC's.

Could you please click on the link that Coley provided to get in touch with out support team to check if it's possible to get a refund for your expansion pack? Due to billing related questions needing account verification and it involving private details, we won't be able to process refunds through the forums.
