Sim Festival , need Eco Tokens but no longer earn them

doing Sim Festival , and my latest quest requires that I earn 400 Eco tokens , but I am no longer earning them what do I do

I just had this one come up, too. Gotta guess it’s a glitch since there’s no way to earn them once Workshop is fully upgraded. 

Do we just ignore it and hope it doesn’t impede getting to the end of the festival?! This whole event is showing more and more flaws. Especially for those of us doing it on the free version with so few rewards for the effort required :/ Not knocking an otherwise great game for f2p’ers, but it is a lot of work for little reward.

I am stuck on this one too.  

I already felt like festival was kind of unbalanced for people with eco workshop unlocked and already own all the eco prizes-- the daily eco shift and buying eco items task is really just wasting time that I could be spending putting my sim on meaningful things. But at least those are easy and do-able, this one I'm just stuck.

Hopefully next season they get better, I just assume there's some unexpectedly awkward ones because it's the first time around. I think there's definitely room for improvement on the tasks overall.

Someone has reported this as a bug [Open] - Seasonal Task asks for Recycle Tokens. Eco Workshop is fully upgraded

Do you have to complete to complete the fest, because I got another one with 200 eco tokens now.

@AmySupFan I’m assuming not since I’ve almost reached the end and there’s still two weeks to go. I think it’s safe to ignore a certain number of tasks
