Selling items in. Personal inventory

I am new to TSM mobile, I have noticed a lot of differences between the mobile app and the PC game. I have accidentally bought some pointless items along with items I no longer require. I read an older forum from 2019 and they said that they used to have the option to sell items when the game was initially made, but they removed the option because “people were selling items that they required later on in the game so therefore they removed the option. However, yes obviously sometimes you go to repurchase an item you may have sold in the past but regardless the option to sell unwanted organs in your  personal inventory should still be available!!!!

Hope others agree! I am an OG Sims player, obviously I understand there will be noticeable differences between mobile games and PC games, but surely selling items that you have purchased with hard earned simoleons should be allowed! (Especially since you are unable to use cheat codes such as “motherload” aren’t available haha )

First time playing sims on mobile device I have noticed a lot of differences between the mobile app and the PC game. Is there any possible way to sell items bought with simoleons? I have so many items in storage that I will never use again. On the PC you could just sell any unwanted item in exchange for simoleons.

@dawn_dais I see two sides on this matter.

On one hand, selling objects isn’t an option in Sims Mobile, which can make inventory management a bit tricky as it can get cluttered over time.

On the other hand, rooms and balconies can’t be sold either, but this actually has an upside: you can store them in your inventory and reuse them for future builds. This way, when you bulldoze a lot to start fresh, you don’t need to spend additional Simoleons or SimCash to recreate new designs.
