SIMS MOBILE - Missing SIM Cash Offer by Playing App on iOS

Hi, I am wondering why the PLAY menu for SIM cash offer is missing on the iOS system.

I am using an Android phone, whiles my wife is using iPhone.

I am playing another game to earn SIM cash from the SIM offer. But my wife couldn't find PLAY tap in the SIM offer system.

Please explain why it happened, and how can activate the PLAY tap on the iOS system.
