For a good while I've been exchanging information with this very gentle EA member Sarah D on EA support (https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/?id=5004400000kYNEsAAO).
But since last week I only get the very same automated responses in portuguese from this rude EA member Renato F, always saying he's already aware of what I'm saying, even if it's a new suggestion of my own, and telling me to go post things in the forums instead.
I'm putting a lot of effort to help improving this game and all I ask in return is politeness from EA.
