@RandomBuzziness, that is exactly what I was thinking! I know that one Mermaid is mean, but if she received a bad roommate trait on top of that, she might be unbearable to live with.
(On the other hand, a good roommate trait could theoretically cancel out the bad Personality Trait, but it was a chance I wasn't willing to make! 
)
It is also strange to think that you can have the same roommate in multiple save games and have a different experience every time, depending on what roommate trait gets generated! 
So Beall Goth in 5 different save games could yield 5 different experiences! 
I haven't had a chance to play that household since I last posted , so I will update when I can.
