Retiring Sims & Attending Parties

As a TSM player for a couple of years now, I've gotten some help here in the forums about gameplay. So, let me pay it forward.

My gameplay topic is "Retiring Sims & Attending Parties.

So, a quick question & an answer based on what I experienced in the game.

Can a newly-promoted Sim or newly- created Sim attend the weekly sticker party that your just retired sim also attended? 

Answer: Yes, the new Sim, newly-promoted or newly-created can attend the two sticker parties alloted for the week.
