Reposes item is still there even though being repose

I have problem on the item for being repossess. I have late payment for university loan and the repo men arrive when collecting my item, I understand that. But when the repo men seize my item, in this case he seize my fridge, I get the new fridge and move object cheats was on during that time. When I asked my sims to get the left over from the fridge he couldn't reach it. It let me wondering for a moment on why was that. I close the move object cheat. It shows the old fridge was still there and my fridge was double. Is this the bug that sims still not fixed or something else? Please help me, I know this was only basic, but for sure I don't want to put fridge somewhere else. lol
