REALM OF MAGIC BUG: Brooms are not usable even if set to "ALWAYS USE BROOMS" [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a broom for a magical sim at the Casters Alley. Then set to always use broom. This interaction does not work, and no other magical sims are using brooms as travel.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot use brooms to travel or fast travel to locations, even though they are set to "Always use brooms".
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to fly home using broom or be able to use brooms to move around.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Apparently, this movement skill associated with the brooms is broken. Not only are these broken, but also vampire skill movement skills also are broken. I am unsure if these are related or not, so i made a new thread post about it.

I had my magical sim buy the MAGIC MOP from casters alley since there a practical magical user. It does not work and they cannot fly with it.

I wanted to update this info on this bug. Apparently, after doing a origin repair, my sim can now fly on his magic mop. This basically fixed the issue, but i still do not see other magic sims autonoumously using their brooms. Im guessing this was turned off or something. Still, at least now i can fly my sim on his broom now. I will mark this as solved.

@dimon6579 I can not duplicate this. My sims use brooms and so do the other sims in the RoM. Have you repaired your game?

@PoptartJuniperNot since before the hotfix patch. I did do a full origin repair before that when everyone was experiencing crashing. I can do it again now to see if it fixes anything. It will take about 4-5 hours though..

After it is done, i will post on here if i still have issues with brooms and flying.
