Prices of lots in Briny Heights [ Edited ]

On November 26th a new update will go live that gives us new lots to build on.

This is an overview of all the prices of the lots in Briny Heights. 

Choose wisely rushing after you purchase is expensive! The order of opening a piece of land doesn't matter, lot 2 is the first you open you can choose which plot it will be!

With the Date Night update we'll have a new premium lot,1 Landgraab Avenue, the amazing @SalixCat made a nice image of the lot and the costs:

Hello! How many lamatickets are needed? Will that be changed also? With the weeding? Do you have any informations now about this or do we have to wait and see? I mean it is ok if you do not know..then we will see that. 😊

Yes @jayivy666, currently I only have those on Twitter and my website. I'll update the overviews on AHQ after the update (so the info is correct with the version of the game)

@Phantomlover1717 Will there be land to clear on those lots, or will the whole lot be available right away?

Also, if there's plots that need to be cleared, any idea how expensive that will be per plot?

There will be 20 plots to clear but the size of the lots will still be 30x30 squares. 

The lovely Game Changer Rachybop has a whole video with all the footage we got of the lots and a very nice explanation! Bonus is that she has such a sweet voice.
