Practice Magic option is gone [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game, Realm of Magic
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Since the update, I have not had the option on any sim to practice magic when in the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. I can't do anything
What do you expect to see? To have the option to practice magic
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. upgrade to 1.63.136.1010 and ran a repair.

@Jilliedurp You should be able to make any Sim a spellcaster by going to the magic realm and talk to the sages there.

To create in CAS you need to use the + sign and you should find them under occults

@Jilliedurp Is this on your existing spellcasters or new ones ? It's in the sub -menu under Magic to be sure you're looking in the correct space.

But I think I got it figured out actually. Instead of running the My Story bit, I was picking aspirations and traits, so there isn’t an option (that I’ve found yet) to make my Sim a spellcaster.

Unless you know of a way to do that. XD
