I was not able to do the challenge to get the heirloom when the challenge was on.  Is this story ever going to be available again?

@carensink There are many players like you who weren't able to get the heirloom, and also new players who would like to be able to compete this story. Hopefully it will be available again in a future update. 😊

I also have the same problem. Not just with Picture Perfect but with other some heirloom career/hobby stories that I missed purchasing before and now it has been a long time that they are not appearing in the store catalogue.
