Payment error?

Hey! I just tried to purchase The Sims 4 Parenthood game pack and it said my payment was failed, but on PayPal is says I've made an order from EA Games, but I obviously can't download the game because well, I didn't buy it?

What do I do now? Will the money be taken from my PayPal while I haven't been able to successfully purchase the game, or can I try to buy it again and not worry about it failing?

@Tribeca33 Hi, i would check your bank account and see if your payment has gone out yet, if it hasnt you could try it again. If you do have any problems purchasing them i would contact EA help.

Where did you try and purchase the game from? Was it through Origin/EA Play?
