How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except realm of magic, strangerville, my first pet stuff, fitness and spooky stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When doing paint from refernece
What happens when the bug occurs? The painting loads but the sim wont paint anything. The small circle is stuck at the very beginning.
What do you expect to see? The small circle progessing and the painting to be done
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Weird thing is this worked before but is not working now
