(PSP/CO) Certain candle lights not 'off the grid'

In spite of a very visual candle on the "moment of peace tea set" with paranormal stuff pack, it's actually currently categorized as an electric object and isn't under the off-the-grid lighting options. Furthermore, while the "sunset glow lantern" correctly being labelled as off-the-grid, it actually has a power consumption rating of 10 instead of being labelled as functional off the grid. I think these were just overlooked, but it probably could be changed to be brought in line.
