Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Perfect Patio Stuff Pack, Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack and Vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a sim married.
What happens when the bug occurs? Last names do not change on the other sim.
What do you expect to see? Last name changed to same as the sim who engaged the marriage.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

this is actually the same on the PC version and not a bug.

You should be able to change the name in CAS yourself.

Oh, okay, how do i do this without cheats? I could only find ways of doing this by cheating and i want to avoid this.

EDIT: Sorry i didn't read that properly, i have now fixed this. It is in CAS. Thanks for the help.
