Organization traker error?

Hi! I'm having an error in my game called "Organization_tracker" yes I have mods, quite a few actually. And I have MCCC Downloaded Plus better expectations mod in my game they both saying the same error I have a picture of what the error looks if you want! thanks so much1 also it only occurred when one of my sims got into uni and joined an organization.
