Hey, i am playing sims on console version. I want to know if is it possible for me to open a retail store or any kind of business on the sims for PS4. If it is, how can i do it?

The Open for Business expansion is currently not available on Consoles.
If you buy the Dine Out GP you can own a restaurant.
