The events Maxis did are gone.

My question is: how do people who have not obtained all the prizes or colors due to duplicates can complete the collection? It is very likely that those events will no longer be runned cause now we have the Sweet Treat Showdown as new type of event.

I hate the idea of not having all the colors from old events rewards... I hate colors swatches!!

It disturbs me.

@ItsKatlyn99 if you were asking if the old events that Maxis did in the past might come back. We don't know. Your guess is as good as mine. There is a possibility, to see old events again. We're just going to have to wait. We were promised the advance spy career quest and that never happened. So we could just only wait and find out.

I rlly hope they return. Due to what happened last year my only options are is to do the events, give in and spend money or get really lucky and win them from heirloom boxes.
