Ok Gallery Tabs...

I got the update.. and it updated

I beforehand and the mods and cc disabled. I went through and updated the mods if any that needed to be updated. I turned my mods back on and the picture shows what happens to the gallery tabs. So I turned back off the mods and the tabs work. Not sure if this affects the game play as of yet. This is from the loading screen

with mods enabled, during gameplay I cannot even open the gallery........

Chances are you still have at least one mod that has not been updated and that is what is causing your problem.  At this point, it has only been a couple of hours since the patch was released and none of the mods I use have been updated yet so just give it some time and check wherever you get your mods from later today.  Sometimes, it does take a few days before the mod creators get their updates done.

well it was a mod... I took it out.. and it works will contact the maker and let them know..
