Nothing shows up in my sims personal inventory when I buy things

Hey EA or anyone else help me out. In my game the icons where the inventory is showing the icons are rearranged and when I do click the inventory there are three dots stuck in search/option box. Yes I do have mods but these dots and rearranging is annoying me. I also bought a wand and a broom for one of my wizards and when I buy it nothing shows up in their personal inventory this is the same way with the bookshelf when I try to buy books nothing shows up so may someone help me?

@Blvck_Simmer2290 Looks like one of the mods you are using is broken I've seen it before with other simmers games when the inventory or UI is messed up like that.
