Not sure what to do...Bug?

The game told me the SimCash & stickers I received just now (level 40 if that matters), but neither actually showed up...does it take longer for that? I can't even remember how much each of my 4 Sims earned on both...

This sounds like a bug. Could you open a new post in the bug forum for this?

Also, feel free to contact EA about this. 

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

@Phantomlover1717 I need to put this in the right place. Thank you in advance.

 

I am far from being tech savvy but thought that I should report a few things. I posted these in party chatter because they are funny but my game is not playing correctly and this may be in part the reason.

 

I was at a party @mrdoggie94 and snapped the photo about feeding. My baby showed up as did the grim reaper and Izzy. 

 

I then attended another party where the Sims from the first party showed up. I did not take a photo as we often show up at the same parties. It was at the second party’s that I was able to dance with players that were not there. The house was empty! I did a few hobbies and then a few Sims showed up but I was still able to call over other Sims.

 

 

 

when I logged on the names on my friend list were just random numbers and letters . I closed my friend list and everything went to normal.

 

 I have only these pictures because I was not certain if some of the things happening were glitches.

 

***The last photo happened at the second party where these players were not in attendance.

@JulesDarling you need to fill out a bug report in the bugs section. They will ask you for your player ID , how your connected to the internet, the divice you are using etc . These reports only come up when you post in the bug section.
