No buying item limit question

Last update now allows us to buy as many of a particular item. However, in the last winterfest I got some light strings for Xmas decorating but once I used them I cant fine where to get more of them in the store am I missing something?

@dotmatrix_me You're right. None of the Christmas wall decorations are available to buy while other items like the snowman are.
We need to ask, is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?

No, @Phantomlover1717 All these decorations are from last year's Wnterfest. 

It seems that only some of the rewards from events that haven't been repeated are available to buy.
