No Starlight Accolades

The Starlight Accolades have completely disappeared from my Sims calendar once I edited the lot. It’s still a lounge and has “Hottest Spot in Town” trait. I created a new world so I could try with an unchanged Studio PBP and it’s still gone. I have never installed any mods.
