So I accidentally brought two of the vampire packs in sims today I’ve been trying to get a refund on one of the packs but every time I try it says I have nothing available to refund I’m in Australia so can’t call America why is it so hard to speak to a actual person even by email there is no option does anyone know how I can fix this please

I moved your post to the Sims 4 board.
The link to EA's Support is here.
Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "Origin" from the list.
Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account"
If you do that inside service hours of the the US support you should get a chat option.
If all this fails and call becomes the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice for this call to reduce the cost. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
