@Sefdancer4life Any new gaming laptop will run a 64-bit version of Windows and therefore support Discover University. Since it's been so long though, the options I listed may not be available anymore, or might be more expensive. If you want me to look again, just let me know.

Update-So I ended up getting a MacBook Pro 2016 for my birthday. I know Mac doesn’t have the Gallery but at this point I really don’t care.

@Sefdancer4life The Mac version of Sims 4 does have the Gallery, provided you're running the standard version of the game and not the Legacy Edition. A 2018 Mac of any kind supports Metal and therefore the standard version, so you should be fine.
If you're having trouble accessing the Gallery, that's likely a separate issue. It's best if you create a thread about it in the Mac section.
