Need confirmation code for Sims 4 Cats and Dogs expanison I purchased

I accidentally deleted an email that I got from Origin.com after purchasing the Cats and Dogs expansion for The Sims 4. I am currently having problems with my Sims 4 game not wanting to save my screenshots and I've done everything I can possibly find that could fix the problem and it didn't resolve my issue. I believe my last resort is uninstalling then reinstalling my Sims 4 game. But if I uninstall it it says I will lose my expansion packs for the game. So I need the code for my purchase I made with you guys so I don't lose my Cats and Dogs expansion. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi @Icecreamgal98

that just means the packs will also be uninstalled. They are still in your account and you can just reinstall them along with the base game.
