Sorry to read you tried and no name would work for you. If this is still an issue for you, could you try to close the app completely and then open it again? Please, try to introduce a name after doing that.

Also, just in case, please keep in mind emojis won't work.

I guess you all already managed to change the name, but just in case you didn't or someone finds this thread in the future...:

If this happens, please, close your game and open it again. You shoud be able to enter your name now

You still need to keep it to letters and numbers, no emojis or spaces please

Hi, ive just downloaded the sims movile yesterday on my iphone and im stuck at level 6 as it requires me to key in my players name, but every single time i try keying in it just says that it does not follow the requirement, i’ve tried all sorts of combinations, random letters and numbers, small and big caps but still nothing, it still says it does not follow the reuirement, and now i cant progress in the game as it wont even allow me to click on anything else. Help please, how do i rectify this issue?
