This doesn't work for me

I've been trying and it doesn't work at all... I only have the base game and i also tried doing to Get to Work cheat too to see if the would work but that doesn't work either... Help please!

this cheat works -> sims.add_buff buff_pregnancy_inlabor

sims.add_buff buff_pregnancy_Trimester3

sims.add_buff buff_pregnancy_Trimester2

sims.add_buff buff-pregnancy_Trimester1

It should still word as I have get to work, get together and city living and lod lots of other lacks and it worked.

I can do the inlabor cheat but only once and then i cand do anything i cant do trimester 1 2 or 3
