My Library - Cant find out how to get them to show up in my game on PS4

I went to my EA account so I could download other houses users have created to My Library on Sims 4 for my PS4, I have restarted my game, but those houses still don't pop up. Was wondering if anyone maybe knew how to fix that or how to do it?

The Community tab is not available on Consoles.

It may be added in the future.
