More lot types on 1 lot

I play the sims 4 a lot and when i want to make a comunity lot like a cafe or comunity pool i also want to have the sims to have a spot to chill so i thought it would be nice if you could combind 2 or maiby 3 lot types. I think a lot of other players also think its a nice idea becouse you have more options. Could you maibe do an update that this we can do this or is that too difficult to put in the game? And do other people like this idea?
