Will the Sims 4 for console have mods available?

From this FAQ by EA : https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/console/faq#q6

"The Gallery will not be available in the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 versions, but players can still share their experience using the social features that are integrated into those platforms."

There is no 100% official word specifically saying there won't be mods, but considering there won't be Gallery at all, we could assume that the answer is No.
