Mod Conflict Detector Help

I downloaded mod conflict detector to help me remove broken mods. After deleting the ones suggested and rebooting the game I found that none of my cc was there. What do I do now? I still have mods in my folder because I didn't remove all just the broken ones.

@gia10234, you can always try and ask whoever you got the detector from to help you. They should know how it works better than anybody, and are usually glad to help people use their products.

You shouldn't be using Mod Conflict Detector. It's been broken for ages and hasn't been updated in well over 2 years.
