Missing clothing and accessories in cas

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover university, island living,get famous,seasons,cats&dogs, city living, get together,get to work. Outdoor retreat,spa day,dine out,vampires,parenthood, jungle adventure,strangerville,realm of magic. Moschino stuff,laundry day stuff,bowling night stuff,vintage glamour stuff,romantic garden stuff,movie hangout stuff,spooky stuff,cool kitchen stuff,luxury party stuff,holiday celebration stuff, grim’s ghoulish guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t really know
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuff( clothing and accessories) is missing
What do you expect to see? The stuff
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Some clothing and accessories are missing from one save but are present for a different save/ account, idk the names of all of them but 2 of them I know is a pair of heels that have a bubbly heel, and the other I know is a necklace that looks like a  sequencey collar, I know there is more missing but they disappeared from both accounts before I could get a name or  description but the only time I can get the items to show up is if I play as a vampire on the 2nd account and click plan outfit on the closet it will not show up at all in CAS and it will not show up at all on The 1st account so to me they are missing completely but to my sister the items are only available if her character is a vampire and only if they change clothing in a closet.

the pictures are 2 of the items that I was able to finally able to find by making a female vampire and planing her outfit in a closet. And again this only works for 1 out of 2 accounts, and I’m sorry if I worded this weird I’m not good at explaining things. Thank you and stay safe

@PamTheSimsSans It's possible that those are unlocks. Would need to check.

Certain stuff is only available if you do a certain career/... with at least one SIm in the household

Both items you linked are a reward for the Style Influencer Level 8 Trend Setter/Level 9 Stylist. So if you're vamp has that unlocked, they will see it and all others aren't
