Missing Mansion Balcony

I stored my balcony by accident on the new mansion update and I can’t get it back. How do I get it back? Please help

@68s4324lspup Hi, I’m not sure what you mean by the “new mansion update”?

If you have different balcony types unlocked in your game, you should be able to place a balcony from the build/buy menu.

I have the serenity station with 4 balconies included premade. Yeah it looks like a mansion to me. I stored 3 of the 4 balconies as I tweaked the rooms a little. Now only 1 of those 3 are in my storage. I have 1 balcony out of the 3 stored. That's 2 balconies gone  stolen and worth a lot. I noticed because I placed 1 and instead of the 2 more I should have available all I see is the option to buy balconies. I hope that was clear enough for you to understand. No doubt the post here before mine is describing the same problem. And we want answers.
