Missing 300 sim cash

Hi, i have made an in-app purchase in the sims mobile recently using my ipad, the package includes 100 fashion gems and 300 sim cash, i have received the rewards succesfully however i realised the 300 sim cash dissapeard after i tried to log into the game with my second device(android phone). Can anyone help me with this matter?

Maybe it's just a glitch in which restarting your device would help at least for me it did.

I have tried to restart my device for quite a few times but still the same result

@Happy4123 I got the cash but only half the gems! These bugs get annoying! I do know that EA will help you. Good luck!
