Island living code doesn't work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.69.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Her to work, get together, city living, island living, vampires, free holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to sulani world. Open the cheat sheet, enter "sims.fill_all_commodities".
What happens when the bug occurs? When you open the cheat sheet, and type "sims.fill_all_commodities" it doesn't work. One can type "Fillmore mode_hunger" but that only fills hunger for that specific sim, not everything for everyone. This only happens in island living, sulani world, I can go to any other place and it will work. So all my Sims living in sulani, I have to fill all the needs one by one.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the needs filled for the whole household when I type "Sims.fill_all_commodities"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

@MajaAlaskaa I believe that's one of the cheats that got disabled. You'll need to enable them again via a mod.
