@Tigerrun777, yes the box will have an option that says "Select Holiday Decorations" and when you click on it will have options like "Decorate for Fences for Harvestfest" or "Decorate Foundations for Love Day" . For every holiday you will be able to decorate any one of 5 parts of the outside of your house (You can select all 5 if you want too). Just know that if your house doesn't have fences , for example, then no fence decorations will show up unless you add fences. You can also decorate the outside of your house for Everyday, if you like!

Thanks very much. What do you get with the island pack?
November 2019
@Tigerrun777, you're welcome!
To see what items each pack has, I would go online and then start your game. On the Main Menu , you can click on the buttons for any pack you are missing (they should be grayed out If you haven't bought them yet). Click on the Island Living button and it will show you each CAS item (on one tab) and each Buy/Build Mode item (on the other tab). While these previews won't show each color (or pattern) for each item, they will show at least every item in the pack! Island Living has a lot of vibrant clothing and Builb/Buy Mode objects! I really like the hairstyles too!
As for Island Living's gameplay, Carl's Sims 4 Guide has a video guide, but it is missing some information.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TiwDdi7p_E
He mentions the hidden grotto to find Mermadic kelp to make your Sim into a Mermaid, but didn't include that you can also get it in with your Sims' Aspiration Rewards Points in the Rewards Store , and that you can also make Mermaids in CAS. Also, he didn't talk about the Volcanic lot trait and the Off -the Grid lot trait that came with the free patch to this EP. There is also the Oceanic Paradise lot trait that can only be found on some of the lots in Sulani.
He also didn't mention the Island traditions that are an important part of Sulani life. Neighbors are always bringing over extra food, or kava drink. They also will help your Sims put out fires! There are also Island festivals where they roast food, light a bonfire, sing, dance, and even fire dance! If you have the Child of the Islands Personality trait, you will need to honor the island heritage by going to these festivals and then Summoning the Island Elementals (they look like ghosts in Hawaiian clothing), to chat with and then you can ask for a judgement. Don't do this if you haven't gone to the island festival or they won't view your favorably! These Elementals also have a hidden trait, and if you befriend one, ask it to move in or marry, and then try for a baby, your baby could get this hidden trait as well! The trait lets you revive plants and create lava bombs from your bare hands. There is also a Child of the Ocean personality trait and another one that lets you relax and enjoy island life.
Carl's Sims 4 Guides does have some more videos on Mermaids and the revamped fishing skill, as well as the new hidden trait, so you can look for those videos as well. (There might even be more).
I have not even fully explored the pack yet, but just know that if you mix other supernatural Sims with Mermaids (For example one parent is a Vampire and the other is a Mermaid, then you offspring might be glitched. Also, if you have Realm of Magic, your Mermaids can't become Spellcasters (they can't complete the task of gathering the motes to become a Spellcaster).
There are also 4 hidden Mermaids on the islands (there were 3 but they added another one in a patch) that if you can get them to admit that they are a Mermaid, you can see their fins! Happy Simming!

What are off the grid items?
November 2019
@Tigerrun777, Off the Grid is a lot trait that you can add to any lot to have your sims live a more rustic life. The name "off the grid" refers to your Sims' lot not being connected to the "electrical grid" and also the plumbing system that most of us are connected to in real life. The Off the Grid items should be labeled as such in the description. They usually include things like candles , the showers from the Outdoor Retreat Game Pack, coolers , chess boards, paining easels. books, tents, bonfires/campfires etc. I can not list them all. (Beware that some items that should have the "off the grid" capability did not get assigned that capability. So, for example, not all candles would work , but many of them will. I think if they are tagged saying they are off the grid they will work, so stick to that description.)
It is challenging way to live , but is fantastic for storytelling! (There are also some Off the Grid Challenges you can participate in if you want. )
