Is there a way to share coffee?

Hi simmers. If I am playing an active lot and have npc friends come visit, is there a way that I can brew coffee and share it with them? I only get the “give food from inventory” to toddlers and npc sims when I am near a vender. 

Any tips are appreciated!

@MzMelonz You can create a club of friends and have an activity as coffee drinking.

You could have your sim grab a serving of coffee and then manually place it near the friends if you have everyone sitting at a dining table. (I did this at a dinner party where everyone was supposed to drink)

I'm not sure if you can have everyone in a group drink together but you could try that also.
