'Interrogate Locals' interaction? [ Edited ]

Hi guys. I have a sim in the Military Career track. I am having him do the work from option and he is supposed to 'Interrogate locals' for his work from home task. HOW DO I DO THIS?! I have looked all over the web and the answer stills alludes me. I have gone to strangerville and talked to SO. MANY. SIMS. and I cant find this interaction ANYWHERE. Please help!!

OMG 😂😂 That's where it was! Thank you so much!! I hardly ever go into the mean category and kept expecting it to show up in the strangerville category for some reason 😒 now I feel REALLY stupid! Once again, thank you so much!
