I need help...

So, I've saved up enough to get the Sims 4! Yaaay! But I was wondering a few things...

1. Should I get it on Origin or off the EA Sims 4 website?

I've heard that if you get it on Origin, if another computer has Origin and you're signed in, you can play on it there as well. I don't know if this is true though.

2. Does Origin allow mods?

If so, and if what I've heard about Origin is correct, then I might go for Origin. 

3. Any other basic info I should know about downloads and mods, or practically anything in general?

Just some helpful hints would be nice.

1. It would be the same online store. You can play any Origin Game on any PC with Origin installed if you log in with your own account.

2 Mods and CC are allowed (except for consoles) they are however not supported by EA/Origin So it is up to you to keep them updated.
