I can't compliment children or toddlers for the birthday party check

I throw a goaled event, a birthday party, and one of the checks is "compliment the birthday sim."  This option is not available when the birthday sim is a toddler or child.

Huh, that is really strange, I never had something like this happen to me but I would advise doing the things I do when something in game messes up (these are computer options, not console), 

- simply exit the sims and start it up again 

- exit the game and repair it by right-clicking the game in Origin ( or check for updates by right-clicking as well )

- restart your computer and try opening the Sims again

These are kind of simple and may not work, if they do not work then I would try contacting EA Support on Twitter or their support chats.

Come to think of it ive never seen that option on a toddler or kid before. It might be because you did an event that wasnt meant for it? probably another event bug, most of the goals in birthday events get messed up and cant be performed for some reason.

I could only get a silver medal because of this. That seems to be a big flaw with the game
