I purchased a package on sims mobile, my game shut down when I opened it my content wasn’t there, I was charged $5.20 and still don’t have my content I tried to do EA support, I emailed them my problem and received a email back to go to this or live chat... there is no live chat it gives me no option to choose for live chat ONLY email, I would like my money back or my content in the game.

@lindstr079906 live chat usually pops up in another category. Did you contact EA through The Sims Mobile app?
Sadly we can't refund your purchase as we're players just like you. If you want the content you bought contact EA again.
If you want your money back contact the app store.

Same here and I can do live chat but it says that they are not open at the moment. It also says that their business hours are from 8am to 11 pm, Monday to Saturday. It is Wednesday and it is 8:24 I do not understand why they are not open. Also I want the content or my money back. This last happened in February so I don’t understand why it is STILL happening. Please may you fix this.
